High Tea

I had the most gorgeous afternoon on Friday. I attended a High Tea which was a fund raising event for cancer research. The day was in memory of a beautiful soul who lost her life earlier this year. She was just 39 years old. One hundred and fifty ladies(and a few men) had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the food delicious and the garden unbelievable. Please share these photos of the afternoon with me.

All the waitresses wore these cute aprons they had sewn with our dear friend, Peta’s name embroided on the pocket.
Such a wonderful memories of such a vibrant person.

  1. Wow Suzy, I wish I could have attended. The garden is so beautiful. I guess it must be summer down under (sorry I'm American!) Such a worthy cause. I will remember to pray for those who have lost friends to breast cancer. Love your blog and am a follower. I've met such nice people since blogging.

  9. I'm so sorry for the loss of your dear friend. That seems wayyyyyy too young to die.

The event looked great, though. She would love to know all of you celebrated her life.

Love the pink geraniums in the silver containers. Will have to remember that idea! Susan
