Nothing like a bit of class!

I have had this gorgeous piece of fabric for ages (I did intend to make something to wear but that didn’t happen!) so I thought it would make a great table topper. I used it on my outdoor table (which I had picked up off the side of the road!). I love the prettiness of the cloth against the shabbiness of the table.  I’m not sure why I added the candleabra but it just seemed to fit. Very simple dinnerware matches the fabric perfectly. I have used our silver wedding flatware and the silver goblets we used at our wedding reception. I’m thinking they would be classed as antiques now!! The pretty pink daisies and soft pink napkins add just the right amount of colour to stop it from looking too boring.

  5. That was a wonderful idea you had to create that lovely table starting with the floral fabric. The pink napkins are my favorite shade of pink. Everything is very lovely and I like that you did it outdoors. Ideas like this are what would be great at next week's Grill, BBQ and Picnic Party. Hope you can come but thanks for coming to the party this week.
