Teapots and tea things..

I am in awe of some of the posts I have seem for Summer Sunday - it is freezing here at the moment. We had a lovely rain last night but today is very windy and cold - a good day for staying inside... When a looked around I could see we really needed to do a little dusting - know the feeling!!! While I was working away with my little feather duster  I was admiring my pretty teapots (which you have probably seen in different tablescapes) so I decided I would group them together for something different. I hope you enjoy them and please hop over to the great parties I'll be visiting today and tomorrow to see some great teapots.

As you can see the light at the moment is pretty much nonexistant!! I tried using a lamp to highlight the teapots but it really only made more shadows!!

This teapot at the back is one of my favourites - I love the simple shape and of course, the pink roses.

These are Maxwell and Williams teapots - so cute, don't you think?

As you can see they all have little babies to match!!

While I was on a roll I thought I may as well bring out my blue and white tea and coffee pots - there goes the dusting for today.

See I told you it was cold - even the teapots have their woolly jumpers on!

This tea cosy is my favourite - my mum made it for me ages ago. I really love the pansies on top.

Lots of little blue and white babies here too!

This pretty crocheted table cloth came from a garage sale earlier in the year - it is very pretty. It cost me $10 to buy and two weeks to get it clean but now I think it's worth it.

Beautiful teapots! I loved reading this. It has been so hot here in New England. Reading your words and seeing your lovely teapots were a refreshing break from the heat.

Hi Suzy,
What pretty teapots you have! Love the Maxwell and Williams teapots with their little babies but I have to say my favourite one is the chintzy one; so very pretty! Nice tea cozy too. Your floral centerpiece in the tin container is lovely as well and so are the birdhouses I see in the background! Love your post and what fun to see all your wonderful teapots! Thanks for joining me for Tea Time Tuesday. I have added your link to my post which I will put up later today. Have a wonderful week.

Blessings,
Sandi

I am in the mood for a spot of tea now! I love the pinky ones, but if I had them, I would fill them with pens and embelishments for my paper art! TFS!
