Snaps from the beach house

page 1ab
Today we travelled home to the farm house. I wasn’t that sad about leaving the beach house as we are going back on Thursday evening. Our school year is about to start so it’s back to work for 3 days each week. usually I just work 2 day but for 5 weeks I am working one extra day for a friend. This gives me a little more money to spend!!!!
Before we left the beach house I snapped a few photos of my dining/living area. It is quite different to my farm house.

One of my favourite things are the black lamp shades. I just love the way the light shows through to make lovely patterns on the walls.
Tomorrow I have a busy day mowing lawns and raking leaves that have blown in so that when I return to work things look a little tidier!!

The red plates and their holder are something I'd love to have in my home. And I agree with you regarding that black lampshade. Work hard and enjoy the rewards.♥♫

I was drawn to the black lampshade with the white leaves right away. A colour I've never used, but you have me thinking about it now.
Your beach house is lovely.

Aw, geez that's a beautiful lampshade!!!!!!!! That must be a lot of fun to get to decorate two very different ways in 2 different houses. You can explore all sides of your creativity that way. Wow! You're probably back at the beach house by now since it's Thursday already. Have a great weekend!
