Tea for two!

This morning I was doing a little housework (sometimes it just has to be done!) and the sun was shining through the window into the sunroom. Such a beautiful morning, if we didn’t desperately need rain! Nothing I can do about that, I keep telling myself so back to the cleaning. I was washing this lovely tray my friend had given me for a birthday a couple of years ago and I thought it was just so pretty that it need some equally pretty cups and teapot to go with it. Instantly a tablescape was in the making!

I adore pink and green china……..not sure just what I’m going to do with all this when we retire to the beachhouse as that is just not a pink house at all. Maybe a giant garage sale! Haha

Beautiful! The teapot, teacups and your vignette tray for tea for two is gorgeous! Funny, how sometimes we find ONE small thing in the house, like this present tray for our inspiration and we work around it to make something as lovely as this.

Hmmmm....wonder if the little Mister would let me hop a plane to Australia for your garage sale? ;-) BEAUTIFUL! I love pink and white!!! I hope you get some rain soon. We, too, have been experiencing a drought this summer. It has not been fun at all! The water restrictions in the city where I live were just lifted today. This has NOT been a good summer weather-wise. I hope our winter is not as grueling as the summer was!!!

Szuy, these are adorable. Even if you retire to a beach house, you could have a little afternoon tea with this pretty set. The goodies look yummy!
