The Pansies are blooming

Pansies have such happy little faces don't you think?? They look like they are smiling. Here is Australia the pansies are blooning everywhere - mine not so good due to lack of water but never the less quite pretty.

My Mum made this pretty tea cosy many years ago and it was just perfect for today's table with the pansies on top.

A simple white teapot and cup and saucer were all that were needed with the beautiful cosy.

DNo 1 bought me this pretty cloth from Belgium when she was living in London - blue really isn't my colour so I don't use it that often but it is very pretty.

The pretty china painted plate was a gift to me from my mother a couple of Christmas's ago - her friend had painted it for me.

These pretty side plates allow the flowers on the cloth to show through a little. Once again I have used my Donna Hay sugar sticks - what will I do when they have all gone??

Just how cute are these pansies???

I have to say, knitted and crocheted tea cozies are not my thing, but the tea cozy your mother made is wonderful! I would wrap any teapot on my tea table in that cozy gladly, of course blue IS my thing.Oh, I would love to have a family member make me such things. You are blessed.

Suzy, your table is set beautifully. I love your white tea cups, they are simply lovely and go well with any colors. The tea cozy your mum made is amazing! I love it. I have recently become interested in making some myself, only from cloth. I wish I could crochet like your mum!
Thank you so much for sharing with us today.

Hi Suzy,
Your pansies are so pretty! Mine are just about done for another season. I do think pansies are such happy little flowers; much like daisies, in my opinion! Love the tea cozy your mother made you; it's darling! What a lovely tea today! I would love to find some sugar sticks here. They are so fun! Pretty blues! Thanks for sharing and Happy Tea Tuesday.

Blessings,
Sandi
