We enjoyed such a lovely Christmas….I hope you all did too! This year our table was set with three small Christmas trees set down the centre of the table which were surrounded with gold and brown baubles. A couple of gorgeous owl managed to find their way in there too!  We still have a house full of guests (don’t forget this is the peak of summer holiday season here) and have been spending our days just hanging around. The pool is certainly getting a work out as the temperature has been over 100 for the last week!!

              Hope to be back soon,
                       Suzy

Over 100 degrees?!??!!! Oh, Suzy...I feel for you! I'm glad you had a good Christmas, and I hope your New Year's Eve celebration was equally fun. Your table looked great! I think you and I had the same idea this year with our colors!!! Happy New Year, and stay cool!!! (That sounds weird in my head to say that when the temperatures are in the single digits here!!!)

It's so hard for me to imagine 100 degrees right now--it's about 9 here in CT right now. Your table is so pretty with the browns and sparkles. Happy New Year! Stay cool in the pool! Linda

Your centerpiece is my fave.

But over 100deg? guess to way too hot although I came from an exotic country. §:-)
Lucky you have the pool.

Enjoy.

I know you're enjoying your company & the too warm weather. We spoke with DH's son & wife, who live there in Queensland & they shared those temps. with us.

I hope you have a healthy New Year & thanks for the warm welcome back to the blogging world.
